Taichi and kungfu to stay healthy and strong

Kungfu is suitable for any ages. Fists such as taichi, long fist and baqua, weapons such as long staff, short staff, sword, flat blade, double daggers, and other forms are available to suit the interests and liking of different people. Depending on the age and body build of a student, learning requirements will differ. Kungfu is indeed a very good exercise training body and mind, concentration and perseverance.
