趙堡和式太極推手Taichi pushing hands


學習和式太極拳不僅自己需要勤奮練習,更需明師言傳身授。學習此拳絕不能急於求成。第一步先學套路,第二步要求準確,第三步要求以內帶外,第四步才講求用法。推手是太極拳的另一重要部分。和式太極拳每招每式都包含用法,體用兼備,鍛煉身體又能防身,推手更是有趣的互動練習。在拳架練習中內勁達到一定純熟度,即需練習推手的要领與方法,體驗熟習對方勁力的訓練。以二人立步推手,以練習掤、履、擠、按之動作,二人活步上下步推手,以練採、挒、肘、靠之法。推手時處處保持太極圈的形式,運用平素訓練之手、身、步法及內勁,在與他人推手時,磨練如何以靜制動、以輕制重,以慢制快,以弱制強,同時檢驗拳勢中己身之缺失而改正之,達到體用兼備,知己知彼的懂勁功夫。拳經有云:掤履擠按須認真,上下相隨人難進,任他巨力來打我,引動四兩撥千斤。

Pushing hands is an integral part of learning taichi. By practicing pushing hands, we put the taichi form in action. We can test the accuracy of the form and our ability to feel and sense the rhythm/force of the opponent, reflecting how tranquility and calmness conquest force, softness overcomes hardness, litheness counters strength, and fluidity surpassing speed. Very intriguing game and interesting learning process indeed.
