2017灣仔區太極匯粹

2017灣仔區太極匯粹，這個星期日2月12日下午3時到6時半，在灣仔公園足球場舉行。我和弟子除了表演集體趙堡和式太極拳，還會表演集體刀術。

很高興有推廣趙堡和式太極拳的機會。

弟子們，大家加倍努力，希望讓更多人認識趙堡和式太極拳。

Wanchai Tai Chi Extravaganza 2017

The Wanchai Tai Chi Extravaganza 2017 will be held coming Sunday 12 February 2017 at the football pitch of the Wanchai Garden. I and my students will be representing the Academy of Zhao Bao He Style Taichi and perform group Zhao Bao He Style taichi and group broad blade.

Performing students, add oil...let's bring Zhao Bao He Style taichi and kungfu to a bigger audience. 

All are welcome to visit.
